At Liquid Nails, your nail health, safety, and satisfaction are our top priorities.
To ensure fairness and consistency for all clients, please review our service policies below.



💅 SERVICE WARRANTY & SATISFACTION
    •    All nail services at Liquid Nails are covered by a 7-day warranty from the original appointment date.
    •    If you experience chipping, peeling, lifting, or cracking related to the service, we are happy to provide:
    •    Complimentary repairs of affected nails
    •    Touch-ups or color corrections

👉 Repairs are free within the warranty period.

❗ No Refund Policy
    •    No refunds are offered for completed services.
    •    If you are unable to return for a repair within the warranty period, refunds will not be issued.



🎨 PRODUCT & DURABILITY DISCLAIMER
    •    Gel polish / Shellac is a thin overlay and does not provide structural strength.
    •    It may not last as long as builder gel, hard gel, or acrylic enhancements.
    •    Durability depends on:
    •    Natural nail condition
    •    Nail shape and length
    •    Daily activities and aftercare

Liquid Nails is not responsible for issues caused by:
    •    Frequent hand washing
    •    Chemicals or cleaning products
    •    Wearing gloves for extended periods
    •    Manual or physical work
    •    Picking, biting, or impact damage



🧼 NAIL HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY

For health and safety reasons, Liquid Nails does not apply products over:
    •    Green nails or nail discoloration
    •    Fungal or bacterial infections
    •    Open wounds, bleeding, or damaged nail beds

If a nail health issue is identified, product removal or service modification may be required.
In some cases, services may be refused to prevent further damage.



🚫 INGROWN & MEDICAL NAIL CARE
    •    Liquid Nails does not cut deep ingrown nails or perform medical nail care.
    •    If you experience:
    •    Pain
    •    Swelling
    •    Redness
    •    Infection

We strongly recommend visiting a podiatrist or medical professional before booking nail services.



🩺 MEDICAL CONDITIONS DISCLOSURE

Please inform us before your appointment if you have any medical conditions that may affect nail services, including but not limited to:
    •    Diabetes
    •    Poor circulation
    •    Nerve sensitivity or numbness
    •    Skin or nail disorders

This information allows us to adjust services and ensure your safety.



⏰ APPOINTMENT & TIME POLICY
    •    Late arrivals may result in shortened services or rescheduling.
    •    Liquid Nails is not responsible for results affected by rushing or incomplete services due to late arrival.
